I wasn’t able to grab a good photo of my mulled wine recipe. Why? Every time I make a pot of it, it disappears! Nothing quite warms the cockles like this delicious spicy, fruity warm treat.
I think this is the perfect recipe because it’s healthy and light (won’t wreck your friends’ diets), but rich in color, texture, and flavor. Try it at your next dinner party…for your friends who aren’t afraid of eating whole fish. If they are, you can substitute sea bass filets.
These potatoes are so good, you won’t believe that they’re actually healthy. Serves 6 – 8 people.
