For some reason I’m exhausted so I can’t post a recipe, but I can post some pretty photos. Prepared today: Spinach, Beet and Crispy Shallot Salad with a Marsala Wine Vinaigrette.
And a Traditional Egg Salad Sandwich with Bacon (ah, bacon). And a Chocolate Mousse. But there is no mousse photo yet, because Chocolate Mousse takes at least 8 hours to set. High maintenance, yes. Delicious? Absolutely.
