I’ve been traveling a lot, but a few weeks ago I revisited my Shrimp Basil Ginger Curry Recipe and I made this instead: Mussels, with Basil and Ginger Curry. I marvel at how the same ingredients can taste and look so different with the substitution of the main ingredient.

Today I made the shrimp curry, again. So good, I think I’ll try it with fish next time!
